information for a smaller fish sent by a viewer: " I identified this using Miller's Guide 2005 where it is described as a Patch Box, Silver Gilt with Turquoise eyes Circa 1880, value L280 ( as of 9/21 USD $565.43) - L320 (as of 9/21 USD $646.20. Patch boxes were used to carry small patches to cover pox marks on the skin."

Condition Estate wonderful, lovingly worn, still has what looks like Lambs wool in the mouth that probably held a scent
